Long Island City High School opened its doors to students, families, and distinguished guests to host the August Graduation for all Queens High Schools.
The event took place in the LICHS Auditorium on August 29, 2024, and parents and loved ones came to see the Queens Class of 2024 August Graduates receive their well-earned diplomas.
Speakers included:
Anthony Stiffler (Queens North Executive Director of Schools and Operations)
Representative Requested Name Redacted (Bard High School Early College Queens Graduate)
Vivian P. Selenikas (Principal Long Island City High School)
Dr. Hoa Tu (Queens North High School Superintendent)
Of the 347 total students walking, 30 of them were LICHS Graduates.
