Spring 2025 Parent Teacher Conferences (PTC)
Fall Parent Teacher Conferences (PTC) will be held virtually this year on:
Thursday, March 20, 2025 from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm
and
Friday, March 21, 2025 from 12:50 pm - 2:50 pm
In order to facilitate a meaningful Parent-Teacher Conference virtual experience we will be using Canyon Creek/Online Scheduler for parents and guardians to select appointment times.
Online Scheduler will allow you to schedule your virtual appointments with your child's educators.
Additional information on how to sign-up, including the password for our school, has been emailed to your email accounts on record.
Before you begin, please note that you will NOT receive an automatic email prior to Parent Teacher Conferences.
Please remember to save the confirmation number after making your appointments as this can be used to view your appointments and see updated links from your student's teachers.

Remember: It's very important to remember and save your confirmation number after you've selected your appointment slots with your student's teachers. You will need to use this confirmation number to review your appointments later and see the links to the virtual meetings with teachers.

WE REGULARLY COMMUNICATE WITH OUR PARENTS THROUGH DOE MESSENGER. IF YOU ARE NOT GETTING MESSAGES YOU NEED TO UPDATE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
If you are a parent who lives with your child, or a custodial guardian, you can update your own home, cell, and work phone numbers and email address of yourself, or other additional adults on your child’s record in your NYC Schools Account, using the Emergency Contact page, at schoolsaccount.nyc.

You also have the option to update your preferred written or spoken language. You can also update your child’s health information to share with your child’s school. This includes your child’s physician name and phone number, any known diagnoses, allergies, limitations that may limit physical activity, and health insurance status.
If you need to update your home address, update siblings on your child’s record, or update order of protection information, you MUST contact your school directly to make the change(s). We ask for your cooperation in completing these forms as soon as possible.
